Rose Water — gulab jal — steam-distilled from Damask roses of the Haldighati valley in Mewar. It is the distillate itself, not water with rose flavouring: no added essence and no preservative. Use a few drops in kheer, lassi, biryani and sherbets, or splash it on as a fresh, fragrant toner. Because nothing is added, the scent is the rose’s own and softens gently over time rather than staying artificially strong. Each 200 ml bottle ships anywhere in India for a flat ₹39.
