I grew up in this soil — surrounded by the Aravalli hills, where the Chaitri rose has always been a part of our life.

From childhood, I’ve enjoyed the natural foods and drinks made from these roses — their fragrance, taste and the goodness they bring.

Today, through From Haldighati, I want to share this same taste, purity and the many benefits of the Chaitri rose with everyone, so more people can experience a little bit of our land.

About Himanshu

Himanshu Soni grew up in Haldighati, in the Aravalli hills of Mewar, Rajasthan, where the Chaitri rose (Chaitri Gulab) has always been part of everyday life. He founded From Haldighati to bring the valley’s rose products — rose gulkand, kesar elaichi gulkand, rose sharbat, paan sharbat and rose water — to homes across India.
