Shipping & Delivery Policy

We dispatch from Udaipur within 1–2 business days and most parcels arrive 3–5 days later. Delivery is a flat ₹39, anywhere in India.

Where we deliver

Across India only. We do not currently ship internationally.

A small number of pincodes are not served by our courier partners, usually remote or restricted areas. If yours is one of them we will contact you and refund in full — the checkout cannot always tell in advance.

What it costs

A flat ₹39 per order, anywhere in India, whatever the size or weight of the order. It is shown at checkout and added to your total before you pay. Nothing else is added.

Collecting in person (Udaipur only)

If your pincode begins 313 — that is, anywhere in Udaipur district — checkout offers you a second option: collect your order from us at 1-T, Samtanagar, Bedla, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313011, India, free of charge.

Choose it at checkout and no delivery fee is added. We will message the mobile number on your order when it is packed and ready, which is normally within the same 1–2 business days. Please bring your order number.

Collection is offered on Udaipur pincodes only. Everywhere else in India is delivered by courier at the flat rate above.

How long it takes

Dispatch: 1–2 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery: a further 3–5 days for most addresses. Metros are usually at the faster end; hill states, the North East, and island territories take longer.

These are the times our couriers commit to and what we normally see, not a guarantee. Festival weeks, heavy rain and local disruption all add days. If your parcel is running noticeably late, write to us and we will chase it.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you the courier name and tracking number. Tracking usually takes a few hours to start showing movement after that email arrives.

You can also check any order at any time on its status page — the link is in your confirmation email.

Getting your address right

Please include a house or flat number, a landmark and a correct pincode. Most delayed deliveries in India are incomplete-address problems rather than courier problems.

Give a mobile number you actually answer. Couriers ring before delivering, and an unanswered phone is the most common reason a parcel goes back.

We cannot change a delivery address once an order is dispatched. Before dispatch, email fromhaldighati@gmail.com quickly and we will amend it.

If nobody is there

Couriers make up to three attempts. After that the parcel returns to us. We will try to contact you before that happens.

On a returned parcel we refund the value of the goods but not the delivery charge, which has already been spent. If you would like it sent again, that is a new delivery charge.

How your order is packed

Bottles are sealed, wrapped and packed with cushioning inside a rigid outer carton. Glass still occasionally breaks in transit. If yours arrives damaged, our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers it in full — photograph it and tell us within 48 hours.
