Clear Rose Sharbat
Rose water and mishri, no added colour
₹350 · 500 ml · In stock
Clear Rose Sharbat is a rose concentrate made in the Haldighati valley from just two things: rose water and mishri (rock sugar) syrup. There is no added colour — which is why it is clear rather than the bright pink of commercial rose syrups — and no essence or preservative. Pour about 30 ml into a tall glass and top up with 200 ml of chilled water, soda or cold milk; add ice, mint or a squeeze of lime if you like it sharp. It also sweetens lassi, falooda and kheer. One 500 ml bottle makes around sixteen glasses and ships anywhere in India for a flat ₹39. Store it in a cool, dark place — no fridge needed.
Rose water
Distilled from Damask roses of the Haldighati valley.
Mishri syrup
Mishri, dissolved slowly into a syrup.
Nothing else
No colour, no essence, no preservative. Shelf life comes from the sugar, not chemistry.
What is in the rose sharbat?
Rose water and mishri (rock sugar) syrup. No added colour, no essence and no preservative.
Does it contain sodium benzoate or any other preservative?
No. There is no sodium benzoate and no other preservative — it keeps because of the sugar (mishri), which is why it should be stored tightly closed in a cool, dark place.
How do I make a glass of rose sharbat?
About 30 ml (two tablespoons) of sharbat in a tall glass, topped up with 200 ml of chilled water, soda or cold milk. Add ice, and mint or lime if you like.
Why is it clear and not pink?
The bright pink of most rose syrups is added colour. This sharbat has none, so it is clear.
How many glasses does one bottle make?
Around sixteen glasses from the 500 ml bottle, at 30 ml a glass.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. There is no alcohol and no artificial preservative in it.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
No. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place, away from direct sun, before and after opening.
How long does it keep?
Twelve months from the packing date printed on the bottle, unopened. Once open, keep it tightly closed in a cool, dark place.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
A flat ₹39 on every order, anywhere in India. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days; enter your pincode on this page to see the estimated delivery date.
